Emotional Wellbeing

Emotional well-being is the ability to produce positive feelings, thoughts and moods when faced with adversity and stressful situations. Resilience is the foundation and allows you to navigate challenging life events with a positive mindset.

Our approach to therapy is based on integrative psychotherapy and we combine psychoanalytic, existential, humanistic and cognitive-behavioural approaches to psychological treatment and to coaching.

On a personal level, our approach is based on a fundamental respect for the individual and their potential as a human being.

At the outset, this entails a discussion with potential clients about what they want to achieve from therapy, agreeing on how we will be working towards these goals in a collaborative way, and developing a therapeutic approach that is custom-made, and targeted at resolving key problems.
